With more than 20 years experience leading teams in custom instructional design, web and app design, and print design projects, I am proud to provide well-considered and well-executed business solutions for our clients. As co-founder and CEO of Edgeworks Creative, I lead a team that provides exceptional web-based technical and design solutions to businesses and organizations of all sizes. Services Edgeworks Creative offers include web and app design and development, instructional design, graphic design, corporate identity and branding, search advertising, and media planning, and more. I serve as Project Manager for all work within Edgeworks Creative and am responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of client projects while ensuring we deliver on time, on budget, and within scope. I lead our instructional design processes within the company, creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content. I work with Subject Matter Experts to identify the target audience's training needs, set instructional goals, and create aligned content by applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods—producing well-designed and compelling course content. I also lead our team in the development of our Interactive.Training platform that we use to deliver custom courses for our clients. The Interactive.Training learning platform is a cohesive suite of digital tools, including tools for both traditional and remote instructor-led classrooms, for companies seeking to provide more engaging training. The platform is an end-to-end training ecosystem built as a scalable cloud-based API and a responsive PWA utilizing the latest e-learning software specifications, The platform is unique in it's ability to provide offline training, and remote instructor-led training when internet connectivity is an issue.My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in Visual Media and I am presently completing a MasterTrack Certificate in Instructional Design through the University of Illinois. I have taught web and graphic design courses at the college level and have served on advisory boards for local technical school programs and arts organizations.
