Develops Mobility business models based on operational needs, force load balancing strategies, HOO scheduling options, recommendations for holiday time planning, developing methods and procedures for new processes and identifying process improvements. Analyze call center trends including call volume, call patterns, staff productivity, attrition rates, and resource allocation. Closely monitor the accuracy and timeliness of demand forecasts, calculation of open staffing, call routing tactics, planning and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly results. Ensure staffing need is optimal in order to maintain operational objectives. Analyze trends, initiatives, demographics and other data in order to predict the short term forecasting needs. Provide recommendations for force modeling, sizing for segment initiatives, changes in direction, channel design, call routing process and workflow. Direct the flow of the operation and determine how to fix problems as they arise.
