Underwriting of group insurance plans as new business and updates.

I manage a team of medical billers and coders. For our clients we process medical insurance claims, credential medical providers with insurance companies, advise clients on proper reporting guidelines for insurance companies, and monitor the timely filing and payment of all insurance claims.For our clients I implement billing systems for insurance financial incentive programs. I also prepare monthly financial reports and review them to be sure goals are being meet; I maintain and analyze company financial data, including a marketing model, of each client to be certain that our goals are being met and that each client is viable.

I managed a team of underwriting employees and was responsible for meeting the production goals of our team.

I was responsible for analyzing the auto insurance rates in 3 states and determining if rate adjustments were needed.
