System Administrator for clinical electronic applications.Leads selection processes for purchase of electronic applicationsnegotiates software license additions and participates with IT Department in purchase of hardware.Ensures planning, collaboration and training with clinicians and other Care Initiatives functions in installation activities and process revisions. Ensures a high level of coordination and maintenance of policies for electronic data security, control of documentation changes, maintenance of audit trails, and software access control. Regular monitoring of indicators within software systems to identify needs for improvementPlans, implements and evaluates Care Initiatives Hospice human resource needs. Acts as general human resource coordinator including policy interpretations and/or questions. Manage orientation processes and leads initiatives for improvement.Acts as program facilitator for specific clinical programs as identified in Operations Plan or selected by Clinical Director.Forms and leads appropriate work group to systematically review and assess various programs. Plan and lead implementation of educational initiatives for non-clinical process improvements affecting multiple offices and/or staff.Ensure that the record storage processes and systems are secure, reliable and meet all compliance requirements for handling of personal health information. Performs routine and special reports, studies or audits upon request.Coordinates and provides submission of data for quality assessments/performance improvement activities in cooperation with QA/PI Coordinator.
