Serve as the single point of contact to partner, facilitate and manage globally aligned HR Service Delivery change management initiatives across the NA region for Workday. Manage HR data integrity, audit compliance, administrative processes, and technology modifications/upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and oversee support of internal/external integrations with Workday, including design, testing and troubleshooting. Address inquiries from clients related to employee data in Workday. Provide support to HR Centers of Excellence and other business owners on integrations with Workday and other requests (i.e. enhancements, defects, and new functionality). Ensure all external HR Services are delivered completely, accurately and timely. Assist in monitoring relationship and performance of service providers.

As a core member of the Workday implementation team participated in the design, testing and implementation phrases of the project. Created test scripts, performed testing activities and documented test scenarios to ensure configuration changes met business requirements. Completed data conversion and data validation activities to identify and resolve issues. Maintained Workday core table maintenance (i.e. departments, job profiles, supervisory organizations, membership rules, custom organizations, cost centers, etc.). Performed mass data loads in Workday (EIBs). Developed and documented internal HRIS SOPs. Managed and delivered training to the HR teams on Workday functionality.

Functioned as key liaison to all Human Resource Service Center internal teams and external vendors to ensure service agreement compliance, identified efficiencies to improve processes, revised existing procedures and managed documentation, administration and posting of changes. Oversaw the regional voluntary off boarding program, management of domestic and international transfers, compliance of all employment agreements, and unemployment claims and served as point of contact for both employees and vendor. Worked with HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure processes were streamlined, documented and communicated. Researched and resolved claims inquiries.

Delivered Human Resource operational support including administration of talent management processes, compensation programs, leaves of absence, HR sponsored recognition and anniversary programs, and the separation process including SOX compliance. Administered all Special projects as required including Take Our Children to Work Day advisor and coordinator, Fire Safety Manager – coordinated monthly Fire Drills and Annual Building Evacuation, maintained the Fire Safety team by ensuring fully staffed teams of Fire Wardens, Deputy Wardens and searchers for five floors.

Provided sales and support services to 6 senior Client Service Executives. Developed relationships with corporate clients and career transition candidates in order to create customized proposals, respond to inquiries on program offerings, pricing, logistics and process. Administered and analyzed post-engagement satisfaction surveys, participated on Delivery Teams at client sites and attended client meetings serving as advisor to logistics planning and delivery. Point-of-contact and Project Lead for client Human Resource Managers in provision of on-site career transition counseling, notification support, program level services, employee outreach and scheduling of all phases of career transition services. Tracked and maintained candidate progress reports via Right Track database.

Administered Employee Relations programs, including staff recognition, reductions in force and Corporate American Express card program for 6000 Management and IT consultants. Provided support to the National Employee Relations Team in the area of investigations, performance management, training and development, diversity, work life quality, recognition, morale, retention, outreach and communication projects. Recognized for continuous outstanding performance and received “Above and Beyond” Employee Recognition award for exhibiting both Firm and Human Resources values.

Provided HR generalist support to the Human Resources Department for 1500 Marsh and MMC employees including recruitment, talent management, mobility, benefits and compensation administration. Managed corporate and special events including: annual Take Our Children To Work Day, Lee Denim Day and annual Christmas functions. Managed the High School Summer Intern programs, acted as mentor and developed and implemented all training materials for their specialized professional development programs.
