I worked with the FSLIC/FDIC as the Assistant to the Eastern Regional Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing $4 billion in real estate assets. Assisting in the assessment, management/ marketing and ultimate liquidation of your REO properties. I have experience handling commercial and residential assets and enjoyed the handling of REO assets during the crucial times that we were as a nation during the Savings and Loans Crisis.

I later worked with First American Bank and Trust, and Barnett Bank as their REO / Special Assets Manager with over $35 million of ORE's and $5-million in loan work-outs. As ORE Special Asset Manager for First American Bank and Trust and for Barnett Bank, I was responsible for evaluating/assessing, reporting, managing and ultimately, negotiating and liquidating all Real Estate Owned Assets. These assets included land, shopping centers, office buildings, gas stations, custom built homes, condominium units, warehouses, a yacht and even a car dealership which had been a bank and a gas station previously.
