Cynthia Baade, is a certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRSR), Certified Peer Support Specilast (CPSS),and a Certified Prevention Professional (CPP); starting her career journey as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (Recovery Coach) at Project Clean Start in Grand Rapids, MN.  In 2020 she became a board member at the Minnesota Certification Board (MCB) and currently serves as Vice President of the board.  In addition, she holds roles on the Ethics, Finance and Peer Recovery committees at MCB.  Upon growing, learning, and seeing the need in the Grand Rapids area for continued non-clinical recovery services, Cynthia took the steps to create a local Recovery Community Organization named Mission Restart.Cynthia’s passion is driven by her own experience as a woman in long-term recovery, she is a dedicated advocate for others in recovery; helping others find their own recovery pathway.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.  She aspires to be a woman who inspires; a woman of integrity, empathy, and most of all a woman of heart.
