I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working across industries, states, and countries. I'm skilled in Human Resources department creation, benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, policy creation and implementation, performance management, HRIS, administration, and management. I have a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Advanced Certificate in Human Resources focused in Human Resources Management. I am passionate about service and HR provides me with that opportunity.I am the one with the smile on my face and the cheerleader of the team. I am always rooting for everyone to win and that's the vibe I bring to the 'office.' I see the bright side is all things. Because I believe that things will ultimately work out, I am never flustered and always maintains a level head.Reading is my passion and I belong to three book clubs. (I wake up reading and go to bed reading). I love most genres (sorry, can't do romance). But my particular interest is coming of age, politics, some sci-fi, and first time authors.
