Any company's health and well being can be found in a P+L and a Balance Sheet. Starting there, I can find problems that can be solved in order to achieve and amplify growth goals. Growth goals may look like increasing profit margins, increasing top-line revenue, increasing user or subscriber numbers, increasing employee count, and decreasing expenses and unnecessary overhead. If you have a specific growth goal in mind, we start with that goal and build out a strategy first, then an implementation plan, then execute from there.More about me:I started my first company at 15, and sold it to a major competitor 4 years later. I started my second company a few years later, and sold that one after 4 years as part of a strategic acquisition. My business knowledge comes from nearly three decades of execution and success, both for myself and for other companies and founders.
