As a Foreign Trade Manager my main responsabilities are:• Review and approve import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary restrictions• Develop and implement compliant processes and procedures for all import/export activities• Manage the database of the country of origin• Serve as primary point of contact for all Customs-related audits and compliance initiatives• Represent Pizzini´s image in Asia and Europe expositions• Build relationship with abroad suppliersAs a Marketing Manager my main responsabilities are:• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.

• Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.• Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.• Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.• Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.• Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
