Included was support for AOG requirements to fulfill customers' needs, replacement part solutions and oversized fasteners. Worked with customers such as America West Airlines and Cessna Aircraft to standardize hardware. Resulted in 20% part reduction and 10% cost reduction.

Maintained the CM Plan for each project, lead Change Boards to completion, and participated in Customer review meetings. In addition to creation and maintenance of Vendor Item Control Drawings, assist project engineers with standard part and vendor selections.Developed Parts Control and Standardization plan and Preferred Parts Index to standardize hardware usage throughout Honeywell Aerospace sites. Implementation of plan resulted in 25% part reduction and net cost avoidance of $500K.

Implemented several Configuration Management tools, such as Engineering Change Request process and tracking tool. Provided technical responses to satisfy a customer, grow sales and support current customers. Included was support for AOG requirements to fulfill customers' needs, replacement part solutions and oversized fasteners. Reduced the percentage of open change requests from 90% to 40% within one year.Developed robust Configuration Management plan and Drawing processes for new kitting designs
