Hired as Database Analyst to expedite the process of acquiring auction data and brochures for the company's large Machinery & Equipment database. I refine the data and perform quality control procedures to ensure the best upload of information to the database. Recordkeeping of data sources, dates, notes and archives is also crucial.I have assisted with 19 Liquitec auctions, mainly in the Customer Service capacity.

Completed ASA M&E 201 course in 2008.Maintained a filing system of 30,000+ manufacturers of machinery and equipment spanning all industries, containing descriptive literature and prices dated back to the company's start in 1896. Maintenance included contacting vendors for current information. I was the central contact on making this information available to the appraisers in US and foreign offices.Maintained an electronic database of new machinery & equipment prices. Trained employees on its use. Demonstrated its functionality to clients. Worked with desktop appraisals, applying the tables and formulas to Excel spreadsheets, summarizing, and manipulating the data. Provided relief to the switchboard operator and receptionist.
