As a project manager, I was responsible for the technical measurement and creation of the project in 3D (Winner 3D design and AutoCAD), with the respective final follow up with the installation of the product in direct contact with the clients. KUC is one of the largest companies in Lisbon / Portugal, specialise in develop kitchens for trade constructions companies. I had the opportunity to develop projects, and follow-up the installation in large scale, as each negotiation was over a million.

Being a commercial director in a company of furniture and decoration of high standard located in the south of Brazil. I was responsible, to develop the commercial and design area, through my knowledge as interior design and project manager. During this time, I achieved a significant result increasing the sales results by 40% monthly. With a great team-work, I ensured the best service and solution in all the projects. Also, responsible for decorating, and proceed with the new orders of the items for the showroom. Part of this successful result was for attending exclusive clients with 3D design services (AutoCAD, 3DS Max and PROMO B), creating new spaces in project solutions, choosing the materials, decoration and furniture, doing all the project and delivery the house renovated.

The largest company in Latin America in planned bespoke furniture, where I had the opportunity to be part of the team, in Balneário Camboriú / SC / Brazil, a city in constant growth and high demand at the residential and commercial buildings. I was responsible for the commercial area, with the execution and follow-up of the whole project, including the on-site measurement, choosing the materials and composition for the space to be designed, doing the layout and 3D design development (Sketchup and Promob), with the presentation of the project to the client, closure the deal and follow-up until the end of the installation of the entire work, as a project manager. I improved my managing time to meet several projects and clients at the same time, reaching and over-hitting monthly sales targets.

As a specialist in the brand Hafele, and as an Interior Design freelance, I developed the design and, executed the showrooms, Hafele, in the South American for partners companies of the brand. Through my technical knowledge in hardware, I had the ability to carry out these projects, being responsible for the best solution presentation of the products, marketed by the company, and responsible for the technical detail for execution and application of the hardware on the projects. Thankfully, I received the recommendation of my services by the president Hafele in Brazil to Australia, because of the quality in execution in projects, presentation and training in the products.
