Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and assessment of a strategic recruitment plan designed to attract and enroll undergraduate students. As co-director of the Tandon Experiential Learning Center, ensures all students are able to participate in multidisciplinary, project-based learning opportunities through strategic curricular and co-curricular programming, building their professional skills and educating well-rounded, career-ready critical thinkers and global citizens.

Responsible for leading the development, implementation and assessment of a strategic recruitment plan designed to attract and enrolling undergraduate students. Serves as a liaison with academic team members including Associate Deans and Program Directors. Works closely with campus-wide partners in the Office of Financial Aid, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and Office of the Registrar to provide enrollment and financial aid support for both prospective and currently enrolled undergraduate engineering students. Serves as a liaison between NYU Undergraduate Admissions Office and the Tandon School of Engineering; working in conjunction with the Associate Dean for Undergraduate and Graduate Academics in developing strategies to achieve the unique enrollment goals of the Tandon School of Engineering. •Counseled undergraduate and graduate students through the financial aid process. counseling international students on financial aid options.

•Counseled and guided 100-200+ enrolled students per month on all aspects of Admissions, Housing, and Financial Aid, with a specific focus on the 30-60+ students enrolled to commence classes in the upcoming month.
