Senior Program Implementation Consultant

Current

Columbus, Ga, Us

In my role, I have opportunity to translate TSYS’ vision and goals into strategic initiatives while acting in a change agent role through management of large projects, which focus on alignment to meet corporate goals and visions. TSYS, a Global Payments Company, is a United States credit card processor, merchant acquirer, and bank credit card issuer. These "impossible projects" support tactical execution for plans that cross multiple business areas and have a high degree of complexity and risk associated with them, as they may include new business models and methodologies implemented to meet compliance, audit, and federal regulations. Risk management analysis is an important focus, and the intention is to minimize, monitor, and control the probability of negative impacts to TSYS or Clients. Recent projects/programs that I have led include the stand-up of a credit card embossing and printing facility in another state, and installation and customization of a middleware solution for the printing line of business.
