• Serve as a Notary Public for HOPE for Prisoners clients• Serve as the designated point person responsible for overseeing the Hope for Prisoners pre­ and • post-release programming for local detention/correctional facilities in Clark County, NV• Responsible for daily program operations, providing oversight and leadership to ensure the fidelity of service delivery as aligned with the program model• Performs duties related to planning, implementing, directing and coordinating both program and operational activities of the program• Works directly with incarcerated populations inside of detention/correctional facilities to perform assessments and coordinate services• Facilitates Moral Reconation Therapy at HOPE for Prisoners and in County/State Institutions• Facilitates HOPE for Prisoners Expectation Meetings for pre/post sentenced participants• Supervises, trains, assigns work to, and evaluates the performance of assigned staff• Coordinates programming in collaboration with detention facility staff• Maintains and develops policies and procedures for staff• Ensures timely MIS system data entry• Conduct the Nevada Risk Assessment with clients who are entering the HOPE for Prisoners program as well as exiting the program• Manages partnerships with vendors and community partners related to grant management• Prepares program reports for submission and monitor data collection/service delivery• Makes recommendations in support of continuous improvement• Assists with recruiting and intake process• Assists to establish, track, and report measurable goals for the programs• Supports and guides staff on a multi-systemic approach to case management focused on successful transition from custody to community• Operates a variety of office equipment, to include computers and associated software• Communicates with grant administrators to maintain compliance and awareness of changes/updates to grant requirements• Represents HOPE for Prisoners at meetings and events
