This was supported by the Global HR leaders and earned me recognition and visibility, which contributed to my getting an offer to relocate to Singapore to take on a global HR Business Partner role for client facing businesses. Responsible for the execution of the overall yearly Strategic People Agenda for the Bank (in-country), in alignment with the business priorities, global HR priorities and country initiatives.
