The Frontline Workers Counseling Project connects Northern California workers to mental health professionals in private practice offering pro bono therapy and support groups. Starting February 1st 2023, it merged with Therapy Aid.

●Oversee 27 staff out of 35 total in agency, and strategic/operational planning with a $5.2 million budget oversight serving 6 counties.●Built and led a high-performing team with direct supervision of 5-6 people, including department directors. ● Lead three departments and their operations within a non-profit regional association of clinics (RAC) that serves Community Health Centers (CHCs) in Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Yolo Counties and covers more than 276,639 lives.● Oversaw all programs that support community health clinics to deliver optimized and values-driven care to all who need it.● Increased revenue by $1.6 million in the first year and increased staffing by 10 FTEs. Supported hiring of 16 staff and managed 10 contracts to successful completion.● Oversee grants management, writing, and compliance; Created and implemented grants tracking system for 35 grants as well as a monthly salary allocation spread for staff payroll.● Managed Human Resources as needed including oversight and standardization of hiring process, updating staff handbook, managing contracts, overseeing compliance, and writing policies and procedures.● Managed finance functions to support internal controls as needed including running financial reports in QuickBooks, printing checks, creating new processes to track Accounts Payable and Receivable.

I oversaw a multi-service department with 45 staff across four counties with CalFresh and Medi-Cal enrollment, financial stability, housing counseling, disaster response and recovery, senior services, and health and wellness services provided to the most vulnerable in our community.

Responsible for a department of 15-20 staff providing education, coaching and resource assistance in food access, health and wellness and financial capability by serving the most vulnerable populations in Sonoma, Lake and Napa counties with a $1Million budget. Also leading agency project to integrate data collection and reporting into all programs.
