I was promoted from Sales Manager at Rivertide Suites to the Area Sales Manager of both of our Seaside properties. I continued to oversee the sales of the Rivertide Suites condominium hotel with 70 luxurious guest rooms, and began managing the sales for the Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort with 107 rooms and over 4,300 square feet of conference space.

By ensuring our pickers safety, keeping their morale high and helping them work efficiently, I was able to lead and support an incredible team through the harvest and preservation processes of approximately 4 acres of Asparagus and over 20,000 Blueberry crops.
