About Cynthia Lett

After 38 years as an International Meeting Planner, Etiquette and Protocol Expert, Teacher and Published Writer, I am now retired from the industry. I will maintain my podcast, Modern Civility Minutes on iHeart Radio Podcasts, where I will continue to interview industry leaders and discuss Society's lack of civility and how we might each contribute to changing this dynamic.I am now pursuing my long-time interest in real estate acquisition, flipping and wholesaling real estate projects in the Charleston, South Carolina metropolitan area.
