With over 10 years of experience in financial planning and operations management, I am a strategic-minded and resourceful professional who leads and supports various learning programs and initiatives at Mercer University. As the Director of Awarding and Compliance of Financial Planning, I am responsible for managing all financial aid audit reports, enforcing federal and state policies and procedures, and providing quality services to students and stakeholders.I have a proven record of success in fund management, project coordination, and student advising, with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification that demonstrates my skills in process improvement and problem solving. I have also contributed to the training and development of financial aid professionals in conference settings, either in person or online, using effective communication and presentation skills.
