I direct and manage the organizations special events and other projects. These include the annual golf tournament, silent auction, and dinner, the annual donor and volunteer recognition dinner, Give to the Max campaign, Bridge Program fundraising campaign, the initiation go the 1986 program, as well as several other projects.

Manged and expanded all business development programs and career services. Added and grew loan funds from a variety of sources including the SBA Microloan program.Outcomes included the creation of 300+ small businesses resulting in employment for a minimum of 300+ individuals helping women achieve economic success and prosperity. Success with a focused program that helped Hmong refugees start and build businesses.

Managed and directed the in-house advertising and public relations work for the company including catalog production, software packaging design and production, media buying, print purchasing, brochures and marketing materials, software documentation editing and production, press tours, sales meetings and conference work and other related activities.
