Preparation of Business Plans for Sri Lankan and overseas clients ,As the Operations Manager I was responsible for business operational work which included;Liaise with auditors, lawyers and other stake holders with regard to forming of the company. My responsibilities includedManaging payroll , data entry and accounts departments which included accounts receivable and accounts payable.Preparation of monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, preparation of monthly board reports, preparation of annual statutory accounts, budgets, financial analysis, preparation and managing of payroll and staff commission structure.Managing 8 staff members in accounts and data entry departments. This included staff recruitment, performance reviews, managing staff KPIs and performance management.
