While she was at Impact North, Cynthia designed websites and social media assets for different industries among which real estate developments and food and beverage. Among the renowned clients were : Treasure Hill Homes, L!V Communities, Greenparks and Baton Rouge . She created and designed digital screens for Communities such as Georgina Heights, Riviera Event Space as well as Treasure Hill Homes’ brand identity “Discover Living” and on the designed collaterals.

She had across-functional collaboration within the agency and outsoucing suppliers like photographers, event organisers, actors and printers to create events and tradeshowsCynthia participated in all major projects and several of them were award winning in the African region. She effectively lead and motivated the design team on major projects and helped in winning pitch such as the rebranding of Air Austral, a French Airline. This visual identity rebranding won an award as best Visual Identity in Créatives award and Air Austral was nominated second in “Leading Airline” in the Indian Ocean in 2018.She successfully conceptualized and created an award winning book with the design team for the leading Mauritian Bank (one of the few Investment Grade Banks in Africa) for its 175th Anniversary.
