We are working on gathering homeschool families twice a month at our local library. Our purpose is to connect our children to other homeschooled children. These meetings also give an opportunity to share homeschool resources in our area of wise county, TX.

Parents are the most influential teachers for children. This is a home visitation program in which we provide a parent child activity to encourage development in areas of language, motor skills, intellectual and socio emotional areas of children ages 0-3yrs. We also provide information on child development and resources for family well being.

JNP is a non profit organizations that started with a collaboration of many Local Jamestown Churches. I am currently Assessing,Program Planning, Grantwriting and Collaborating with local community based organizations to achieve empowerment, independence and employment for the Hispanic population in Jamestown,NY.

Assuring the Service Plan is implemented appropriately and supporting the participant to become an effective self-advocate and problem solver- Assists with the participant in the development, implementation and monitoring of all services in the Service Plan - Initiate and oversee the assessment and reassessment of the participant’s level of care and on-going review of the Service Plan- Formally reviewing, updating and submitting Service Plans to the RRDs for review- Organizing and facilitating Team Meetings- Maintaining records after terminations of waiver services- Assuring that the PRI/SCREEN is completed.- Maintaining records or waiver transportation- Maintaining knowledge of all approved waiver service providers in their region- Conducting in-home visits with the participant on a monthly basis- Completing monthly case notes
