I mentor and academically support participants at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in collaboration with Global Alumni, in the Sustainability program: Strategies and Opportunities for Industry. I have helped train over 500 executives from Latin America, Central America, and Spain. This program is designed for senior executives, providing tools to drive sustainability in today's corporate operations and implementing sustainable strategies within organizations.

I have been chosen as one of 250 social entrepreneurs from Latin America and the Caribbean for the first YLAI Fellowship Cohort, launched by former President Barack Obama. This program empowers emerging leaders and innovative civil society figures to enhance their entrepreneurial skills, fostering social and economic development in their communities. YLAI bridges the opportunity gap for youth, particularly women, by providing essential training, resources, and networks. Engaging with a diverse cohort from 36 countries, I strengthened my ability to drive impactful change and contribute to economic prosperity and good governance throughout the Western Hemisphere.

I designed and managed high-impact social initiatives that enhanced community engagement and innovation. Key accomplishments include:- Employability and Educational Linking Programme (EVE): Developed a training initiative connecting over 2,000 teachers with 3,000 students in technical institutes and CETPROs across Peru, improving educational outcomes for 90% of participants from public institutions.- GO Optimist Generation: Led an intergenerational program linking youth with older adults, fostering essential soft and technical skills while promoting social investment.- I accompany you: In response to COVID-19, implemented a psychological support program for frontline leaders, improving emotional resilience for nearly 8,000 individuals across Peru and Latin America.

I taught critical topics including sustainability urgency, decarbonization, the circular economy, and biodiversity, aligning with the Paris Agreement.

I coordinated social responsibility projects within the finance and insurance sectors. Its objective is to deliver social impact actions to its clients in developing and emerging economies. Each project includes health and risk prevention, digital marketing, and seed capital to support clients' entrepreneurial culture.

I developed a manual for community leaders on organizing their community around personal management, financial management, and strategic planning axes. It also included community well-being, emotional care, education, health, and savings.

Responsible for the Movistar Prize "ConectaRSE para Crecer - Peru" management and promotion, aimed at identifying national initiatives and projects that contribute to the social and economic reduction disparities and the sustainable development of rural communities in Peru, through the strategic use of ICTs.

I led user-centered research to develop EdTech ideas. In 2021, we were selected as innovative ideas in Latin America to join the IFE Explora 2022 incubation program, led by Tecnológico de Monterrey's Future of Education Institute.

Responsible for managing and promoting Movistar's "ConectaRSE para Crecer" Award, through which it seeks to identify initiatives and undertakings, at the national level. These initiatives should have to have an impact on reducing social and economic gaps that contribute to the sustainable development of rural communities in Peru, through the strategic use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

I lead and manage the announcement and execution of the Citizen Organizations Award. This award seeks to identify and reward organizations and initiatives with a territorial focus that impact and involve local people in the direction, management, and or value chain.

My role was to convene, select, and develop a US Department-funded global education program. The program aims to empower more than 50 million women in 26 countries. The US Embassy in Peru supports AWE.

I spearheaded research and community engagement initiatives to identify opportunities for new services and products in semi-rural areas of Peru. My role involved establishing partnerships with local stakeholders, managing project logistics, and conducting interviews and surveys with key interest groups. I also contributed to the ideation and execution of experiments aimed at discovering innovative solutions that address community needs.La Victoria Lab is a dynamic multidisciplinary team of creatives that leverages human-centered innovation to enhance the lives of Peruvian families. Its mission is to reimagine the core of Intercorp’s businesses and develop new ventures from the ground up.

I helped coordinate the drafting, dissemination, and agreement of the country's vision "Peru to 2050" for the Strategic Plan for National Development update. It involved over 4500 representatives of public authorities, civil society, academia, young people, indigenous peoples, and children. It also developed work plans, conducted workshops, collected contributions, provided training, identified key actors, and analyzed the implementation of the 2030 Agenda on national visions.
