The Client Relationship Manager is the key client and volunteer contact for PM-V’s Project Services.

Project Objectives: Kits House has outgrown its current membership & volunteer Access database and the management team is looking for a system that meets both current and future needs. The information captured in this database is used for relationship management such as email communications and membership & volunteer tracking. The objectives of this project are to assess current needs, explore options for an improved information management system and implement the chosen solution.

Managed multiple concurrent projects to develop tire pressure monitoring systems for large commercial vehicle customers. Coordinated the efforts of electronic, mechanical, software engineering, test resources and contract manufacturers to validate the product, build prototypes and initial product runs.
