The company is part of Dellia Group AS, a successful Norwegian holding and owner of 3 food brands (dried fruit), which sell into over 8000 retail stores in Scandinavia. The holding has distribution businesses in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, as well as now in France, UK, and Germany.Previously, I was Sales Director Europe for La Rose Noire, a premium pastry manufacturer. I managed 22 countries and a P&L of €20.4m, in addition to the sales teams in 8 different countries. Exceeded sales budget by 6.7% in my last full year - a significant achievement, as growth was +31% vs. pre-covid 2019.Started in the industry as Managing Director of a smoked salmon producer. I rebranded the company as Kenmare Select and focused on caviar importers & high-end food distributors. Grew sales from €1.9m to €4m in 5yrs with 97% export, and managed 24 staff. Brand sold to an Irish seafood producer in 2017. Kenmare Select is still operating & supplies the majority of its historical clients.I enjoy building businesses and generating new commercial opportunities. Have distributed 7 categories of food (Seafood, Meat, Pastry, Chocolate, Vegan, Organic, Dried Fruit) into the main B2B segments in Europe (Retail, Cash & Carries, Distributors, Food Service Groups), as well as have set up systems (accounting, ERP etc.) and warehousing / logistics. Early career was in Finance, so am at ease with margins, budgets, and forecasting.My father was a chef.
