•Effectively manage approximately 15-18 Recruiting Coordinators in a matrix-based environment to ensure client staffing requirements are met•Review daily utilization reporting to effectively workload balance all incoming schedules•Analyze monthly metrics and share with client group to identify trends in business and ensure resources identified to support the forecasted volumes, are accurate and on target •Responsible for meeting established budget goals and objectives within the account portfolio which includes being accountable for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Client Satisfaction (CSAT).
