• Assisted in the preparation of both commercial and admiralty cases;• Assisted and attended in full the long commercial litigation of Royal Bank of Scotland v Ocean Tankers worth £230 million;• Researched detailed points of law and technical procedural issues, reviewed documents for disclosure, prepared evidence bundles for hearings and drafted instructions to witnesses • Prepared administrative papers necessary for court filing as well as briefs and motions;• Attended meetings with clients and without prejudice meetings;• Attended court hearings and arbitration hearings.
