Deepdive testing, investigation on technical claims.- Coordinate task force team for product performance & application problem. Lead Problem Solving throughout all the organization and at customers.- Define new Critical To Quality parameters to include into specifications.- Built reports from the learnings out of the Claim Handling process in order to help & support Product Performance Improvement.- Drive further improvement in handling of the claims in terms of technical analyze, defect categorization, inter-company communication and technical feedback to the customer.- Develop and maintain strong relationship with both internal and external customers. Neutral role on claim settlement decision, based on factual analysis.- Maintain appropiate documentation and reporting to enable and monitor key performance metrics and improve the Claim Handling Process.- Prepare the communication package to be sent to the Customer for complex claims.- Get the feedback from all Claim Handling process contributors in order to improve and formalize internal customer responsiveness.
