With more than 25 years of experience in the field of business support and financing, I am passionate about entrepreneurship and dedicated to the success of innovative projects with a high social and environmental impact.Managing Director of Initiactive, an association affiliated to the France Active and Initiative France networks, I lead a team of 38 employees committed to supporting entrepreneurs in the Val-d'Oise and Yvelines, offering them adapted financing solutions, personalized support, and strategic advice to develop their business.My commitment to the social and solidarity economy is reflected in a human-centred approach, collaboration and sustainable development. I firmly believe that entrepreneurship can be a powerful lever for social change, and I strive every day to create an environment conducive to the success of projects that share these values of proximity and solidarity.My mission is to actively contribute to the local economic dynamism by helping business creators and buyers to make their projects a reality.
