CFD and experimental certification of a testing plant dedicated to experiment and qualify innovative air conditioning systems. - Performing CFD calculations (CFD mesh, defining boundary conditions, choice of CFD model, ...), and results analysis. - Studying and proposing, technical and geometric, improvements to reach Australian standards, and international certification. - Public presentations of the results (in English and with scientific committee), and writing research reports.

Energetic optimization of plant and its facilities: - Energetic pre-diagnosis of plant facilities. - Study and optimization of the heating circuit of the melting furnace. - Design and energetic optimization of water heating circuit of the manufactury. - Design and construction of a system of thermal energy recovery on refrigeration compressor groups. - Management of projects and management of staff working on each of them (about 4 to 10 people depending on the project). Exploration and decision support (to plant engineers): - Creating multiple (thermal electric, hydraulic) energetic optimization tools, on Excel and Visual, dedicated to the energy efficiency improvement of the company.

Creation and implementation of informatic tools (Excel and Visual basic) to aid for the pre-design of aircraft structure parts (Pipes, pipe plugs & fasteners. Center Wing Box, ...) taking into account different hypothesis (different static loads, different dynamic loads with different acceleration directions and values (fly, crash,...)).Work checked and adopted by the design office.
