- Implementation and attending to the second level control plan: awareness of the second line of defense, definition of controls' sampling methodology, planning reviews and verification of the quality of controls.- Animation of operational risks mechanism: monitoring of the implementation of first-level controls and deployment of cross-functional projects (improvement of the quality of data entered in the risk management tools, inventory of Excel macros presenting operational risks...).- Production of ORSA and PPR reports: presentation of financial ratios (solvency/liquidity), identification and calibration of stress-test scenarios, examination of recovery and business continuity measures.

- Monitoring of the first-level control mechanism and production of summaries for the management (scope of analysis: 32 major subsidiaries in terms of revenue).- Updating the control framework in cooperation with subsidiary correspondents.- Deployment of a first-level control management software: training and change management, data acceptance (project mode: 6 subsidiaries deployed, 20 employees trained, travels to France and Germany-based entities).

The position had 2 aspects. First of all the daily activity, which consisted of managing the taxation of client assets with a view to the application of international tax conventions, then, a mini project carried out independently, which aimed to identify new sources of invoicing (result: 20 % increase in turnover).
