Working within a XIIIth century Cistercian building was much more than a job. It represented an opportunity to be part of a project. The Collège des Bernardins is not only a Theological and Philosophical university but also a research center and event center, open to everyone. I was given the mission to create a support service including Facilities, AV, AV production, IT and front office. Managing 10 employees and over 60 volunteers (often over 60) has been surely the most interesting experience. We must find the balance between the employees and people giving their time and coming to socialize. How to professionalism everyone? simply by leading. There is no disciplinary as such in this environment. Nevertheless we have managed to create the required service levels and the team today keeps improving.

My role was to reorganize the team and prepare the move to the Paris Campus out of 3 different sites. I have stayed less than 1 year as the opportunity of the Collège des Bernardins presented itself, but the team has carried out what we had prepared together. The Campus has been realized in 2014.
