After having set up within 2 months a monthly reporting tool to follow up the majority of the total business, thus simplifying the reporting process, I negotiated contracts with leading regional converters. In the meantime, I defined the template used to define the 5 different Business Groups strategies.

I designed and implemented communication tools for our products & solutions, introducing B2B marketing and communication methodology to the company. I oversaw and coordinated the presence of the company at major professional events. I developed tools to assess profitability of tender with multi-national accounts. I orchestrated numerous internal Product Launches, with up to 100 participants as well as training seminars for R&D, Product & Services Managers with ca. 20 participants each. I initiated the implementation of 4 supporting service’s organisations at Business unit level.

I developed process automation solutions for 2 companies (radiator making & mechanical parts assembly), whilst initiating the development of electrical welding sources.

As a member of the management committee, I supervised R&D, Production and Customer Service teams. I developed new product specifications and negotiated key raw material sourcing. I began my involvement in marketing activities by writing technical papers to support the commercial department's activities.

I have designed various electronic controls for the machines, liaised directly with international customers for the development of new functionalities and new products, as well as handled on-site implementation and testing of machines and complete industrial lines.
