#Assigment 1 : I supported the 'Digital, Data & Innovation' department of a major French bank in the development of its multi-year roadmap and the management of all underlying projects. The budgets amounted to several million euros and included more than a dozen projects per year, such as: redesigning the consumer app, creating a professional app, implementing PSD2, Instant Payment, credit services, and more. I also acted as the Engagement Leader for a competence center comprising around fifteen consultants in roles like Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, etc.I also successfully completed related work for the same client, including: establishing a new program governance structure, implementing and scaling Agile methodology, and transitioning to the creation of a new organizational entity (TOM), among other things.The quality of the team's work and the close relationship established with the client also allowed me to significantly grow the business, expanding the consulting team from 5 to 15 members within a few months.#Assigment 2 : Coleading a team of 5 consultants, I advised a major French bank on a study for launching a new banking product aimed at young adults and professionals. Over a span of approximately 6 months, we successfully conducted a market analysis, formulated a Business Plan, created a comprehensive decision-making dossier for the retail bank's top management, and made recommendations on the program structure required for the successful implementation of this offer from both a business and IT perspective.In addition to my projects, I was also responsible for monitoring and improving a key performance indicator for the Financial Services Practice: the utilization rate of consultants on assignments. Over a period of more than two years, I implemented a more efficient governance structure and increased this utilization rate by more than 10 points, despite the challenging circumstances presented by COVID-19 at the time.
