Primary responsibility was in a business development capacity working on various initiatives designed to grow the Company. This included reviewing and revising the company's growth plan and financial projections, evaluating customer expectations in order to develop, recommend,and implement a marketing and product positioning strategy, and preparing white papers and marketing collateral to improve visibility and understanding of the product offering. Also worked to draft a proposal that received a $4.25 million grant from the Department of Energy for developing an improved version of the Rebellion Photonics product.

Stewart & Stevenson LLC is a leading manufacturer of equipment and distributor of parts to the oilfield service and other industries. Primary responsibility at Stewart & Stevenson was for initiatives of the Office of the Chairman which included mergers, acquisitions, corporate development, and other projects designed to increased operational efficiency and maximize shareholder value. In this capacity, evaluated investments and acquired companies to expand the breadth of Stewart & Stevenson's global footprint and participated in relating due diligence, planning, and integration efforts. Also evaluated and structured potential mergers and prepared for a potential Initial Public Offering of the Company.
