IT Country Account Manager for small offices accross Europe (Madrid, Milan, Prague, Germany). Visited Local Managing Directors on a monthly basis to determine local needs and followed up with the Program Managers at the European head quarters in Paris. IT Program Manager of Front Office applications, supporting Acquisitions, Risk and Marketing departments. Carried a 0.7M€/year budjet to support the business development efforts of GE Real Estate accross Europe. Integrated global systems, including CRM Saleslogix and Neolane, GE's Global Web Content Management system, Global Forecast system and Global Acquisition system. Worked mostly with internal suppliersbased in the US and India. IT Program Manager of Back Office Applications supporting Finance and Asset Management with a 3M€/year budget. Worked mostly with suppliers based in the US, London and India. Received a management award for co-leading an Oracle Financials 11i implementation within 10 month with the objective of saving 0.5 M€/year of finance costs. Managed the IT part in a 6M€ project budget. The project was based in London and Paris with an offshore team from India and covered all European users in 6 countries.
