I was the first hire for the company and took a major role in the process of setting it up. The CEO and CFO's corporate experience combined with my background in the New Media and Mass Communications have helped us to quickly build the business and we've grown each year, adding new team members along the way. In this role, I work closely with the CEO and CFO. I believe we have established an excellent company culture which will set the path for our predecessors in the future. My role meant that I'm accountable for ensuring high level of public input while managing branding, advertising and design for the company. I also design and create the marketing materials and develop marketing campaigns via various platforms such as using the forums and social media.Other duties in this portfolio includes:- Developing direct mail campaigns to solicit feedback as well as to inform the public of the latest happenings in-game.- In charge of video production for the game including trailers, sneak peeks and version updates.- Meeting and communicating with Arkadia's marketing partners like AsiaSoft and MOL to maintain a healthy business relationship.- Attending important meetings with the CEO.

My first job after graduation, I was hired for the Project Co-ordinator role in the company. In my first few months, I took on some initiatives which resulted in my team taking over duties from the headquarters in Hong Kong so our Singapore branch can be increasingly self-reliant in the production pipeline. This proved to be a challenge in a company culture that was sometimes resistant to change but we got there in the end. The change brought a 50% increase in our lead time which improved the team's efficiency and morale. I was also given the opportunity to handle the showreel for our Singapore content as well as calculating Focusmedia Singapore's weekly broadcast revenue, reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Director of IMediaHouse (FocusMedia HK and S’pore).Other additional duties include: Planning and editing of marketing collaterals for the company.Meeting and communicating with clients/agencies for TVC creation for broadcast on FocusMedia platform.
