With over 12 years of experience as an Air Traffic Controller at CADSUR, I ensure a safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic in Suriname's airspace. I have obtained the Aerodrome Control and Approach Control Procedural licenses issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority Suriname, and recently completed the Approach Control Surveillance Course at TTCAA CATC. I am a quick-thinking and confident decision maker, able to understand and analyze complex flight data, and respond appropriately to dynamic situations. I am skilled in using radio and telephone equipment, including push-to-talk devices, to communicate clearly and intelligibly with pilots and relevant individuals.In addition to my role as an Air Traffic Controller, I also run my own consultancy and training business, where I provide advice and guidance on technical, organizational, and aviation-related matters. I am passionate about developing and guiding talented people and enhancing their well-being, through training, team building activities, and informative events. I am always eager to learn new skills and knowledge, as evidenced by my multiple certifications and diplomas in different fields, such as International Environmental Law and Governance, Latte Art, and Performance Based Navigation.
