I joined Gogoro as first 90 employees to help set-up and scale up electrical modules supply chain to meet the first vehicle Gogoro 1 launching schedule in 2015. • Work closely cross-functional teams such as Design Engineering, Project Manager, and Process Engineers, and Production Team and Quality Engineers to source, select and approve key suppliers.• Responsible as main contact window with key IC/OEM suppliers Panasonic, TI, Lumex, Atmel, and Foxlink, etc. to build and maintain supplier relations, drive RFQ, and escalate any issues to director.• Established end-to-end supply chain framework for electrical modules from prototype to production. • Coordinate strategic materials planning include cost, process, schedule, and quality to achieve product readiness and resolve any sourcing risks to ensure that supply can scale with sales forecast to support launching quantity.• Implemented customized SAP procurement modules at Gogoro by refining workflow requirements such as consignment, bailment, special processes etc. to SAP consultants and suppliers to meet delivery.
