Her breadth of experience spans a variety of industries including: entertainment/technology, healthcare, IT/telecom, sustainable technologies/Smart Cities, financial services/fintech, etc. As the CEO/Founder of The Algonquin Group, she leads a global strategic consulting firm serving companies from startups to the Global 20000 in the US and APAC. Current/past clients include: UCSF Medical Center, Stanford MedicineX, Fujitsu, NEC, Panasonic, etc. 

A daughter of immigrants from China and a movement leader in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Charlene has long been an advocate for innovation and change.
