· Applying various research methodologies to identify junior & senior level candidates with specific technical skills – mainly to fashion retail industry.· Execute talent search strategies using the most appropriate channels and industry-leading technology solutions, including tier 1 & tier 2 cities.· Headhunting: Identifying and approaching suitable candidates;Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment and well-delivered to potential candidates. Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy;Receiving, researching and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing suitable candidates;Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, developments and benefits of the job in question;Coaching candidates about the interview process and requirements in order to help them well prepared the interviews. Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client;
