 Adopt lean business methodology in production planning to drive minimum cost, at product flow and lead time reduction. Control & coordinate day to day Order Execution in line with the Plan. Preparation of Material Shortage List for follow up & for update of daily order execution. Coordinate with Production, Project and Sales for Factory Inspection & Finished Goods Dispatch. Actively engage and lead others for better and more efficient production planning. Update Management on all Planning Matters. Helping Production to execute the Individual jobs as per the Planning. To fully maintain the planning records & apply corrections for improvements. Communicate effectively with the production & maintain high customer satisfaction level.

• Supervises in ensuring aircraft maintenance operational requirements are met, hence to Deliver-In-Full and On-Time (DIFOT).• Supervises in ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly monitored and documented.• Supervises the compliance of the set benchmark of Quality Management System.• Supervises in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on shipping requirements and status. • Maintains an up-to-date Maintenance Check Freight Billing and Freight Forwarder Invoice.• Controls and maintains the accuracy of the Logistics Costs that are charged in the Maintenance Material Billing for aircraft Checks.• Documents and monitors all incoming and outgoing freight billing invoices and ensures data reliability.• Maintains customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on billing requirements and status.

•Responsible to supervise and control activities of Parts Warehouse to ensure all parts are properly received, handled, stored, & issued for production use.•Monitors and supervises day-to-day activities and assignments of subordinates, and ensures assigned tasks are performed in accordance with the established system.• Disseminates valuable information to subordinates through memos, meetings and other forms of communication•Evaluates current established system, and generates new one when necessary, to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.• Orients and trains new members in accordance with the established documented systems.• Actively participates in the implementation of Company Code of Conduct and Discipline, 5S, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, production innovation and other companywide programs • Supervises in ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly monitored and documented.•Monitors performance of service providers and their charge rates.•Coordinates with local governmental entities for the renewal of the organization’s permit(s) relating to incoming and outgoing shipments.• Supervises in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on shipping requirements and status.•Sources and invites new Providers in accord to standards of the Approved Providers List.•Sources and (or) contracts Providers for parts, tools, equipment and services needed and required by the end user.•Sources for a minimum of three (3) quotations from different Providers and furnishes a comparative to justify placement of order.•Prepares and creates tender documents and a list of tenders to easily compare competitive quotations on services and other commodities.•Places order(s) from Providers in the right and best quantity at the most cost-effective that will meet on time delivery.•Monitors Key Performance Index (KPI) are met.
