Target coverage rate should be greater than 75% for positions APR is interested in filling or as otherwise determined internally or by specific client service level agreements. • Provides continuous guidance, training, and support to all recruiting and sourcing team members on how to best source and recruit for each client managed. • Provides guidance to all sourcing and recruiting team members for proactive pipelining of candidates to be available for future needs of the client. • Facilitates all interviews and placements with all clients and candidates including interview coordination and preparation, offer extension and negotiation, and coordination of start dates and placements with all parties. • Assists with on-boarding and new start orientations as needed to ensure a seamless process and successful start of assignment for employees placed with clients managed. • Maintains and nurtures healthy relationships with all client contacts. • Serves as the main point of contact for each client. This includes active participation in client meetings, scheduling meetings with clients, and functioning as a primary liaison for all matters. • Accountable for the overall management of client activity levels to achieve internally determined or client determines scorecard & SLA requirements. • Works with management for the preparation of all appropriate client specific activity data and client updates for participation and leading periodic internal meetings. • Monitors and maintains accurate data in Bullhorn for all clients managed. • Also, provides recruiting support for other clients when appropriate.
