As a Front Desk Receptionist and Concierge, I greeted every guest and resident with the warmth of my smile. I make sure to follow the house rules and regulations, I became more keen to details, learned how to multi task, make sure that my desk/podium is clean at all times, do the tasks given to me by my supervisors, assist all the needs of my residents, answer the intercom or company phone when someone is calling, handle complaints in a professional manner, prepare endorsements, compile daily logs, check the monitor at all times for the tapping of RFIDs and was able to stand for long hours.

I wanted to try Events so I volunteered to be a part of the Banquet Department. I became more interested and enthusiastic about Banquet Operations when I joined the team as an intern. I was a part of a team and I learned how to be a leader at the same time. I was able to do things I didn't think I can. I was pushed to my limits, I became more confident and motivated to go to work because I enjoyed being a part of this team and learning from them.

On-The-Job Training as a Food Service Attendant. My first time OJT and it boosted my confidence level. I was also given an opportunity to be a concierge and a receptionist, welcoming guests with the warmth of my smile.
