I was part of the team that strategized and executed events with end-to-end logistical processes. My clients were in the lifestyle and real estate industries. My previous works made me acquainted with experiencing events, but planning events of this scale was a pleasant challenge for me. When a client requests for our services, we start our workflow with brainstorming tactics, personalities, and themes. After this, we create our initial quote. If the client has already had a budget in mind, we try to add or remove some of our strategies without compromising the original plan. When I started, I was still grasping at straws with how the processes worked. By the end of my stay here, I was able to improve my process by creating a detailed transition document for my peers.It was here that I discovered the potential of social media and the digital arena in marketing during one of our memorable events. One of our real estate clients, Avida, sponsored the Eagle Foundation which takes care of endangered Philippine eagles.
