* Set up and run screen printing department * Work with customers to take orders, create artwork, order and maintain supplies* Print & burn films on screen & file screens * Create Production schedule, print orders as well as sort & box completed orders * Coordinate with Graphic Artist to assist in artwork creation and see orders through to completion* Ship orders to customers per their specific instruction

* Take customer orders and followed them through from design, to production to shipping as well as direct customer delivery. * Maintained stock and supply for parts, reconciled goods received with goods ordered* Organization and management of trophy parts into bins and maintained inventory* Entering orders into tracking software, scheduling & rescheduling and invoicing* Calculating, ordering and tracking all supplies required for jobs* Working with third party companies (UPS, etc..) to ensure on time shipment of orders* Set up and create artwork for Awards & Garments to Laser Engrave, Diamond Engrave, Sand Etch or Screen Print
