Digital Merchandising Operations Specialist
Current• Manage all aspects of site product configurations in CMS and utilize SFCC to publish new items in uniform with production schedules. Conduct daily site audits to ensure correct product placement and data integrity for a positive customer experience. • Build categories and rank products in accordance with individual brand identity. Evaluate category performance and web behavior profiles to create effective merchandising strategies and optimize navigation sequences and promotions.• Perform ongoing QA in Development, Staging and Live environments to certify accuracy of new platform releases, content linking strategies and browser compatibility. Monitor site for bugs and advocate for improvements in processes.
